The apartment has a living room with sofa bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom and offers accommodation for 2 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a baby cot (for an extra fee). In the spacious garden, which you share with the other guests of the house, there are both places in the sun and shade that invite you to unwind. In addition, garden furniture and a barbecue are available for relaxing holidays in a beautiful ambience. Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, only 1 km from the centre of the popular resort Marina di Campo, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the beach in just a few minutes by car or on foot in 15-20 minutes.
