Close to the beach of Son Serra de Marina and the village of Santa Margalida, in the east of Mallorca, the ecological finca Can Punyetes is situated on a 7,500 m² plot. An ideal starting point for kitesurfing, windsurfing or surfing or for hiking and cycling. The vacation home combines rural style with modern comfort and, thanks to its ideal location - surrounded by fields and nature - offers a relaxing vacation with complete privacy. The single-storey finca has 110 m² of living space, a cozy living/dining room with fireplace and pellet stove for underfloor heating and high wooden ceilings, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed each and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, board games, a crib and a high chair. In the well-kept outdoor area, you will find a covered terrace with a brick-built and comfortably upholstered seating area and a dining table. Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen, enjoy the typical Mallorcan atmosphere and the view of the mountain range on the horizon. In addition, the sun loungers on the terrace invite you to sunbathe and the outdoor shower provides the necessary cooling afterwards. The accommodation is located in absolute tranquillity. The 7 x 3 m pool with wonderful panoramic views invites you to splash around and swim from the beginning of May to the end of October. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 6 km (10 minutes by car) in Santa Margalida and the bay of Alcùdia with its beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach is 11 km or 14 minutes by car from the accommodation. Parking is available on the premises. The vacation home is equipped with solar panels, which provide electricity and hot water. This house has fans for each room and is a very cool house for the summer. Please note that there are two house cats that live on the finca and like to be around people.
