The Magnolia Three-Room Apartment: Charm on Three Levels in Lonato del Garda’s Courtyard

The Magnolia Three-Room Apartment is located in the courtyard of Lonato del Garda, next to the Orchidea Two-Room Apartment. Spread over three floors, it features a small outdoor area. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The first floor offers a double bedroom and a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. On the second floor, there’s a unique bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with the same amenities as the one below. Bed linen, summer and winter duvets, white duvet covers, and towels are included, with the option to request a change available for an extra fee. Cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay. Air conditioning and heating are available on both upper floors.

Free parking is available 50 meters from the property; parking in front of the apartment is not permitted.
