Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location and some of the amenities, including the projector and game area, but we are very sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the ant activity in the bathroom and appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve it. We are also very sorry to hear about your wifes rash and the discomfort it caused. While we cant determine the exact cause, we understand how concerning that must have been and regret that it impacted your trip and led to an early departure. We also apologize for the noise and proximity to neighboring cabins not meeting your expectations for a peaceful stay. Your feedback about spacing and overall comfort is important, and we will review how we communicate these details to future guests. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve both our maintenance response and guest experience. We truly hope you might consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a much better visit.
