In Conil de la Frontera, only a few meters from the popular, miles long sandy beach Playa de los Bateles, this holiday home is located in an apartment complex and offers space for 4 people. The apartment lies on a hill and has therefore two entrances: from the beach side on the 1st floor and from the street side on the 3rd floor. The modernly furnished apartment has a living-dining area with adjoining, small balcony, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning and heating as well as deckchairs and a parasol for the beach. The highlight is the shared roof terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the city. Thanks to its excellent location, numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and the beach are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
