Welcome to our chic and modern open-layout studio located in the heart of Hollywood, California. The building offers excellent shared amenities, including a gym, pool area, game room, and outdoor spaces, providing everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This is a large studio featuring:

Two Queen beds or a futon couch

One air mattress for additional sleeping space

A Friendly Note About Expectations & Pricing

We are a small independent hosting team, not a luxury hotel. We do not have on-site staff or 24/7 concierge services, but we genuinely do our best to support our guests and ensure a pleasant stay.

Our properties are priced significantly lower than nearby hotels. While we are always happy to assist when possible, we kindly ask for understanding that we may not be able to accommodate every request in the same way a full-service hotel can.

It’s also important to understand that the total price paid is not the amount received by the host. The total includes service fees, professional cleaning costs, and required local taxes. What remains goes toward rent or mortgage, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and daily operations.

For example, a two-night stay at $200 per night does not mean the host receives $400. After fees, cleaning, and taxes, the actual amount received is considerably lower.
