Come stay in this bright, wonderfully located guest suite apartment. Located in Pico Robertson / Beverly Hills, this listing is only 5 minutes to Rodeo Drive, 20 minutes to Hollywood & S. Monica, 20 minutes to the beach & downtown LA & within 40 minutes to Universal Studios.

Very central to most of LA's attractions. This listing is very cozy, has private entrance, updated bathroom, easy street parking, A/C and heat, WIFI & WIFI TV, can sleep up to 3 guests and is located in a prime A+ area

We LOVED the location. The room is not fancy, but adequate. The sheets and towels were clean, and the mattress was fabulous. The grounds were lovely, and the neighborhood beautiful. The hosts were kind. I would stay here again.

Communicating with the host could be improved, they messaged but didn’t answer questions. There were no amenities and not enough toiletries. The place was cold but there was a space heater that worked well enough. Those can be dangerous though. The place was fine to sleep in, it didn’t feel the cleanest but I also checked in early not realizing the place had not been cleaned because when I requested the host emailed check in instructions which lead me to believe I could check in. There was a lot of noise from above, I could hear heavy walking and loud talking. I have never been able to hear that level of noise in any place I’ve stayed before. When I asked the host, they said they would ask the people above to quiet down. I really didn’t feel like this is a place I should have paid to stay and would have chose a hotel next time over this.

There was a very strange odor during our stay, we couldn't air it out. We also ran into some rather large bugs that crawled around.
