Welcome to this beautiful and modern chalet located near the beach in Puerto de Alcudia. It can easily accommodate 5 guests.
This wonderful chalet is placed between the two of the most beautiful lakes of this lively summer town and only 1 km away from the beach, so its is perfect for those who love the water around. The gravel garden is perfect to relax while having breakfast outdoors, chatting surrounded by peace with a glass of wine or enjoying a succulent barbecue. Then the swinging hammock under the porch will allow you to withdraw while reading a book or listening to some music. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

While the exterior area features a traditional style, the inside surprises with its modernity and delicacy. When you enter you find a great living room with AC which leads to the dining and the kitchen. Here you find a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV, listen to a CD or take a nap after a delicious banquet that you will enjoy on the dining table and cook on the ceramic top. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms with a shower in the house as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a single bed and the other two have two twin beds each. These two last have a fan and space for a baby cot and a high chair. There is an AC unit in the corridor to cool down the bedrooms. In addition, there are two radiators for the coldest days.

The area of Puerto de Alcudia is special thanks to its great tourist offer: water sports, night life, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream parlours and much more, specially in the summer. It also boasts one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the island thanks to its crystalline waters and white sand. However, if you feel like knowing small dream-like coves you can visit the ones of Sant Joan or La Victoria, the first of sand and the second of rocks and stones. In case you want to play golf you will find the course of Alcanada about 7.6 km away boasting impressive views to the bay and sea. The traditional street markets of Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays really are worth a visit too.

Great place to stay in alcudia

Great place to stay in alcudia - walkable to the beach and local street shops. The actual house has so much room and the garden/seating area is great for hosting/bigger groups. Lots of utensils/things in the kitchen to cook with with. We stayed during the Ironman 70.3 race and it was a fantastic location for that. Would recommend for a stay in Alcudia

Amazing location and property

A great property with scooters and toys for the children and a fab, safe outdoor space for play and relaxation for all. Inside was also fab and the location was quiet enough to allow a relaxing evening but also 10 mins walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and spa. Location also just a 15 min drive away from the beautiful Polenca old town.

Es Baladre

Property is perfectly located near beach but off the busy streets. Good access to cycling routes. I think the usual tenants are people with small children as good outdoor space and plenty of beds. Very clean but honestly a little run down and missing some things like toilet paper, sponge and dishwashing and laundry soap that a stay place should have. Also, be warned that Port d’Alcudia is a raucous place and this house has a bar almost next door and a nearby hotel with both places holding day and night karaoke sessions. House is solid so not too noisy inside but can be outside. If having the beach nearby and many restaurants to choose from are what you’re looking for, this place is it. If looking for quiet and a little more sophisticated, skip.

Alcudia in december

Wij verbleven met onze 3 tieners tijdens de Kerstvakantie in dit gerieflijke huis. Voldoende verwarming aanwezig want koude avonden/nachten. De tweede badkamer die enkel langs buiten bereikbaar is, hebben we weinig kunnen gebruiken owv het koudere weer , wellicht een topper in de zomer! Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, ..alles aanwezig om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Natürlich, hier ist eine positive Bewertung für ein Ferienhaus:⸻"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen - auch in der Küche war alles da, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Gestaltung des Hauses. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die Umgebung des Ferienhauses ist wunderschön, mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Einchecken war unkompliziert und die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Bis zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Feuchtigkeitsprobleme

Schon bei der Ankunft empfing uns ein modriger, muffiger Geruch im Haus. Auch nach langem Lüften und mit Klimaanlage ging er nicht weg. Es gibt überall Stockflecken an den Wänden. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und müffelt. Der Garten und Gartenmöbel sind ungepflegt, sind in der Nacht Heimat von streunenden Katzen. Die lärmenden Nachbarn wohnten 2 Meter entfernt. War alles sehr enttäuschend. Der Check-in völlig unpersönlich. Die Agentur sollte die Mietobjekte regelmäßig kontrollieren, auch die Sauberkeit. Können das Objekt sicher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Logement trop frais et humide à l'entre saison et nécessiterait un chauffage d'appoint (nos vêtements étaient humides dans les rangements). Autre précision, pour accéder à une des 2 salle de bains, celle ci se fait uniquement par l'extérieur, ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce... et prévoir un produit pour les pîqures de moustiques lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse.

Casa molto bella, dotata di tutte le comodità. Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini e la nonna. La casa era perfetta per 5 persone. Presenti molti giochi per bambini e anche giochi, tavoletta e materassino per la spiaggia. Molto grazioso anche il porticato e il giardino. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, abbastanza lontano dal vialone principale è chiassoso che porta al Port de Alcudia, ma allo stesso tempo a soli 5 minuti di distanza dal centro e dalle spiagge della baia di Alcudia. Direi la posizione ideale che permette di scegliere tra passare una serata di relax a casa o uscire nel vicino Porto o nella bellissima cittadina di Alcudia. Molto apprezzato anche il self check-in e out con cassetta di sicurezza. Unico punto a sfavore è l’assenza di lavatrice e il lavabo esterno otturato, ma per il resto perfetta. I bambini non volevano più lasciare questa casa!
