Fantastic new built Finca with lots of comfort between Muro and Can Picafort

The new Komfortfinca built in 2018 will be rented for the first time in 2019. The finca was built at ground level and is well equipped. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The architecture of the house is fantastic. Light-flooded rooms and high glass facades in the salon, high-quality floor tiles and noble wooden doors make the Finca the ideal year-round house. The white kitchen is ultramodern and has a small bar with bar stools and a dining area in front of the terrace. The spacious living room is furnished with a large sofa bed. Outside the house has a beautiful outdoor pool with a massage function, sun loungers and a Balinese bed. The Finca is a dream and by the proximity to the connecting road to Can Picafort you are in max. 10 minutes by car on the beach.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl des Hauses und würden es weiter empfehlen!

Pros: Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Bei Problem mit Klimaanlage wurde sehr schnell geholfen. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und diese war besser ausgestaltet als auf den Bildern ersichtlich (Tore, Tischtennisplatte,etc. vorhanden). Lage top! In 5 min ist man beim nächsten Supermarkt und am Strand bei im Zentrum von Can Picafort. Wir würden wieder kommen. Cons: Sauberkeit noch etwas Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere die Bäder und die vorhandene Küchenausstattung. In den Bädern wurden nur die Böden geputzt, sodass die wandfliesen noch mit Flecken, Haaren etc. der Vorgäste verschmutzt waren. Es gab zudem einige Ameisenstraßen im Haus. Das Geschirr war leider sehr schmutzig. Ansonsten war alles super. Achtung: Die Schlafzimmer haben alle keine Rollläden und nur einen dünnen sonnen-/lichtschutz als elektrischen Vorhang. Wer also lichtempfindlich im Schlaf ist und nicht direkt mit der Morgensonne aufwachen möchte, wird hier Probleme haben bzw. sollte sich mit einer Schlafmaske ausstatten.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Gute Organisation. Der Garten ist riesig mit Fußballtoren, Tischtennisplatte und Badmintonnetz. ( Schläger vorhanden ) Auch der Pool ist klassse mit niedrigem Teil für kleine Kinder und Whirlpool. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Cons: Die Mücken abends, haben uns ins Haus getrieben.
