The entire yard is fenced with a large steel gate providing access to this diverse garden paradise. Features include green lawns, a children's playground, beach volleyball and soccer fields, table tennis, and a huge saltwater pool area (10m x 12m) with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a chill-out area under a Mediterranean sun sail. The house offers a spacious, covered terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for family dining at the long table.



Located just 5 minutes from "Playa de Muro", Muro's beach is famous for its beauty, with turquoise waters, fine sands, and a charming port view, all for free. The 5.5-kilometer-long beach provides easy access to the crystal-clear sea. Within a short drive, you will find numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, live music, water activities, the stunning s'Albufera park, and much more.



This spacious 480 m² house offers a modern and comfortable interior. The two stylish levels are tastefully furnished with high-quality materials, providing air conditioning throughout and free Wifi. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 WC.



The communal living area on the ground floor includes a cozy zen-style living room, a minimalist dining area, and a hyper-modern kitchen. The dining table offers views of the vibrant outdoor area, creating a pleasant contrast to the orderly and comfortable interior.



The well-lit kitchen features an elegant design, a kitchen island, and the latest technology. It is fully equipped for functional use. Modern amenities ensure restful holidays, with large fitted wardrobes and a safe for valuables. Radiators throughout the house keep it comfortable during the cooler season. The basement includes a "laundry room" with a washing machine and dryer.

We loved the villa. It has everything you need, clean and in a completely fenced ground offering complete privacy and peace. The host lives nearby, and was very welcoming. The beach is near, and so are restaurants (with a car mind) but really, we barely wanted to leave the villa!!

6 Wochen Workation mit Freunden

Wir waren 6 Wochen in der Finca, von denen ich 4 Wochen gearbeitet habe. Dafür war die Finca perfekt geeignet. Gutes und stabiles Internet sowie ein Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer ermöglichte ungestörtes Arbeiten. Darüber hinaus konnten wir aufgrund der 5 Schlafzimmer auch regelmäßig Freunde empfangen, was den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet hat. In der Finca fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist wunderschön und verfügt über großzügige Flächen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und ausreichend tief.

excellent retreat from busy Muro

The place is an excellent retreat from busy Muro while still being well connected to drive down to the beachtown for day trips. Travelled with family ranging from 4 months to 90 years old - well suited for all, well equipped including for the children, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The place itself and grounds are huge - plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 infants. We didn't really use the playgroundgames room as it was 30 degrees + most days. The local host stood out too dropping us round some home-cooked treats when we were having a BBQ on the first day.

Fantastic Property, but you need a car!

My family had a brilliant time at the villa, Its a special place with excellent facilities that ensured that my family had a special time and made so many family memories. We would highly recommend this villa, great pool, big bedrooms and as important supported by a fantastic team - at 5StarsHome Trust & Travel, especially Kimberley, the most attentive and sincere professional that I have ever spoken with regarding any holiday that I have booked. At 63, thats alot!!. Knowledgeable, caring above all efficient. I cant forget Cati, you will read about her all through the reviews - they are all true. She is wonderful, makes you feel at home and helps so much. Always going the extra distance to make your holiday special (even acted as a taxi driver! 6 adults and 2 children under 3 had the best holiday, strongly recommend this company. We are looking to go back next year and this time we will be hiring a car. The taxis are terrible. Especially Mallorca cabs who do not turn up, leave you with young kids without getting home.

On arrival, we had to clean the kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. On the second day, the house was burgled and the help was of little use. The agency 5StarsHome only communicated via Whatsapp and did not bother to help us in any way, be it going to the police with us or taking security precautions. The homeowner only told us that it was impossible to break in, but the house has several unlockable windows and the fence is slightly passable at the most critical point. She didn't want to know about this and simply ignored us. They also didn't tell us that a stranger or the staff, who had never done anything all week, also lived in the house and had access. And the police also mentioned that the house was predestined to be burgled. For these reasons, we requested a personal inspection so that we would be guaranteed to get our deposit back. Nevertheless, the agency and the landlady accused us of stealing a music box and had the cheek to take a disproportionate amount from the deposit. I would not rent any more holiday homes from 5StarsHome as they have no qualms about ripping off customers.

Gute Kommunikation und freundlicher Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Cati, die Gastgeberin war reaktionsschnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kam direkt zu uns, wenn wir ihr geschrieben haben, dass wir etwas brauchen. Die 5starshome waren auch sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit Kimberley war großartig und sie würde schnell auf uns antworten. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da es groß, modern und ruhig ist und viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Billard, Tischtennis, Volleyball- und Fußballplatz, Kinderspielplatz und Fitnessstudio bietet.

Fantastic family villa

The villa was perfect. Large pool, vast grounds, modern and comfortable. In a peaceful rural location but still close to amenities, restaurants & the coast. Lovely host who brought us some home cooked Mallorcan food as well. A high recommend from me!

Fabulous house with great facilities

Cate, our host, was truly great, even though she has no English and we have no Spanish. The house was superb. Main bedroom could have done with some doors for privacy to the bathroom and also a mirror in the bedroom. Great pool facilities, but a few little drinks tables would have been a useful addition. However, no complaints, except that we couldn't stay longer.

Alles war Top!

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Finca und der Garten mit Pool hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, ein Gym zum Trainieren, Ping Pong… es wurde nie langweilig. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und verbrachten die Zeit am liebsten Zuhause. Die Verwalterin war äusserst freundlich und hat uns herzlich begrüsst und rumgeführt. Auch während dem Aufenthalt war sie für jegliche Anliegen für uns da. Allen in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt ohne Probleme.

9 really nice days in a great house

Contrary to what is stated in other reviews, I can only say that the staff of 5 StarsHome and their care was very good and nothing to be desired. No matter with whom I had to do and what it was about, all were very friendly and it was taken care of immediately (even on weekends!). My special thanks to Andrea! The landlady of the house is really a great person. She is not only extremely kind and helpful, she also takes care of small things immediately and bakes a very delicious coca! Thank you so much, Cati, for preparing this and giving it to us just like that! The house offers a lot of free space and possibilities for activities. It has a lot of charm and is quiet, but well located. Cati, thank you so much for letting us be guests in your house and for taking such good care of us! We will certainly come back again! The beastly little mosquitoes! :-( But nobody can do anything about that... :-)
