Welcome to my home located in Sylmar neighborhood! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!

It's located about 4mins to Nethercutt Museum, 8mins to El Cariso Community Regional Park, 15mins to Discovery Cube Los Angeles, 22mins to Sky Zone Trampoline Park & 22mins to Lake Balboa/Anthony C. Beilenson Park. There are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby!

The space
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There’s a sofa bed in the living room.There is a gym and yoga room - perfect for those who loves to work out!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

Spend your day relaxing on the non-heated pool and enjoy having BBQ on the tabletop grill with families and friends!

This home also includes high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 400 Mbps, a one Smart TV in the living room with streaming apps, and 2 driveway parking spots that are all available during your stay!

Other things to note
* Please note that there is a studio in a separate unit on the other side of the property. Guests are not allowed to cross over to the studio side of the property or gather in the grassy area in front of the studio. Thanks for your understanding!

*No large pets are allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 15 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Please note: A $100 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. There will be an extra fee of $75 for cleaning any excessive pet hair left behind in the home.

*Please Note: Fridge Dispenser is not working but we have a Brita pitcher available for filtered water as well as a whole house filtration system.

*Note: The larger grill is not available for use, but a smaller charcoal grill is also on site.

*If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled checkout time.
Late checkouts beyond the confirmed time will be subject to a $100 fee
