Gorgeous, recently fully renovated, fully furnished residence to include kitchen with all necessary cookware and supplies! Hardwoods, Vinyl Plank and Tile throughout home. Laundry room, walk-in shower, kitchen island, stainless appliances and full bath.
Fully fenced front yard for your use!

Enjoy a large screened in front porch with furniture, ceiling fan and BBQ. Driveway with two free parking spaces (One Covered). Walk to many places (5 minute walk), starbucks, fine dining, cafes, Publix, and local tavern.
Peachtree hills park 1 mile away. Pets are welcome $100 per pet per stay.

Available for short term nights, 30-day lease or longer.

Long term details below...

$3,700 Long term lease (12 month min.). Tenant pays electricity/gas/water. Rent includes trash/recycle/internet/landscaping/pest control. Includes fully furnished home. If non-furnished desired, can discuss accommodations/possible cost to remove etc.

$3,895 Mid term lease (30 days to- 9 months) Rent includes all utilities. Trash/recycle/internet/landscaping/pest control as well. Fully furnished home.

From booking to the follow-up of our stay, Darrell was amazing! Quick and thorough in his responses and provided the best home for our stay. This home had everything we needed with so many homey touches that whether a short or long stay, you are going to be comfortable! Extremely clean and spacious. The amenities and location are perfect. We will definitely recommend to others and stay there when we return!

This was a great location and the property was renovated and well maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating. He thought of everything including noise makers and cell phone chargers next to the bed, snacks, toiletries etc. I highly recommend this property. It was a very positive experience for my family including 2 dogs. If you aren’t looking for a big place this one would be a great choice.
