Unpack your bags and ease into desert living at Fairway Vista, a beautifully updated lower-level condo set along the lush fairways of Palm Valley Country Club. With sweeping southern golf course and mountain views, an open-concept layout, and a private outdoor patio, this home is designed for relaxed, sun-filled stays in Palm Desert.
Inside, the bright living space invites you to unwind with a comfortable seating area, TV, and sound system—ideal for movie nights or quiet evenings in. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to gather, cook, and connect. Stainless steel Samsung appliances, bar seating for three, and a dining table for four create a welcoming setup for everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, large HDTV, and direct access to the patio—perfect for stepping outside to take in the fairway views. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and sits just steps from the second full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for up to four guests. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience throughout your stay.
Step outside to the private patio, where a gas grill and seating around the firepit table set the scene for evenings under the desert sky. Watch the light change over the golf course and surrounding mountains as you relax fireside or enjoy a meal outdoors.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
