Comfortable villa "Gao", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.8 km from the sea, 1.8 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking. Grocery 130 m, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.9 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 1.9 km. Sports harbour 2.7 km, marina 2.7 km, golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Überall Schimmel

Jedes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte Schimmel an den Wänden, teilweise war die Tapete schon locker. Das Haus ist allgemein sehr billig und lieblos eingerichtet. Wir haben uns ein anderes Haus vermitteln lassen und sind nach 2 Tagen wieder ausgezogen

Good holiday, nice villa

We have just returned from a 10 night break at Casa Gao & enjoyed our holiday. The house has everything a family needs. The pool area is large & enclosed, great for families. Lots of seating around the pool. Kitchen has good utilities. Bedrooms are basic, lounge areas are large. Car is recommended. Some of the house needs updating but this was fine as we have small children & do not expect it to be perfect. Interhome were quick in responding to anything that needed resolving. Had a good stay.

falling apart, poor value for money

The pool and rooms are a nice size, nice little mini-supermarket @ 100 metres. The house itself is poorly provisioned and in need of a thorough maintenance. Also worrying potential electrical/fire hazards. Air-conditioning only in the sitting rooms and 2 of the 6 bedrooms. Cheap plastic table and flimsy chairs outside. The outside steps have sharp-edged broken tiles. Very rude poolman! Flying cockroaches! Some things can be overlooked, but price and description lead to much higher expectations!

J’ai trouvé la villa agréable mais il n’y avait pas de sécurité car deux individus se sont introduit dans la nuit du 15 au 16 août. La police a été contactée mais elle personne n’est venue !! Plus la présence de nombreuses blattes volantes et la piscine est verte pendant plus de deux semaines sur un séjour de trois semaines donc cela m a beaucoup déçu . Donc il y a vraiment de quoi être déçu

Bonito chalet con todas las comodidades

Hemos estado este ultimo fin de semana de Junio con un grupo de amigos, el chalet esta en muy buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila y muy buenas vistas al peñón d' ifach, el alojamiento a sido perfecto ya que la casa goza de todas las comodidades, habitaciones amplias con armarios y mobiliario mas que suficiente para familias numerosas, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado, la piscina es impresionante y también muy limpia con una terraza con amacas para tomar el sol, en resumen todo perfecto.
