Bay window apartment (80 sqm) on the upper floor with south-facing balcony and infrared sauna

The 80-square-meter apartment with a bay window on the upper floor can accommodate up to 6 people (including at least 2 children). The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven and stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle), an oval dining table in the bay window, and a cozy L-shaped sofa. The apartment is also equipped with a TV with satellite connection and a radio. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with open footboards. The children’s room has a bunk bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a south-facing balcony. Since 2018, the apartment has been equipped with an infrared sauna. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available nearby. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, and Wi-Fi are included. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before arrival. We charge a security deposit of 100 EUR per apartment. The visitor’s tax for the town of Waldmünchen is 1.3 EUR per adult per day and 0.5 EUR per child per day. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM.
