This was a beautiful cabin on an equally stunning property! It's perfect if you're looking for a place to hole up and relax. Or if you're wanting to experience the Bourbon Trail, this place is a great location to visit any of the distilleries. If we had questions or needed anything, the host was quick to respond. This was our first Vrbo rental and it's going to be hard to beat!

Absolutely beautiful location. The cabin was neat, clean and roomy enough for two couples. The wrap around porch, fire pit, & rockers made for an amazing peaceful experience. We were even lucky enough to interact with the locals (cow herd)!

Visited the area with friends to see some distilleries. This home was absolutely true to the pictures, the condition, the cleanliness and amenities. It was a beautiful home inside and out. Upon entering we had a welcome picture and smores supplies for a beautiful fire outside -- which by the way the owner started for us. It was roaring when we got home from the distilleries (we asked if there was any lighter fluid because we didn't bring any!) and they started this amazing fire. Anyway - we were thrilled with everything. Thank you very much. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't spend more time there!!!!

Only thing that could have been better was driveway access to the property as we were on motorcycles. Definitely not their problem, more our problem. Was extremely happy with our time there.

Perfect for our family of seven adults! We spent seven nights relaxing and days enjoying several wineries and distilleries in the area. It is secluded but conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Bluegrass Parkway for easy access to many stops along The Bourbon Trail. Additionally, the lodge is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared while there. Erin, the host, was great! She reached out to make sure we were settled in after arriving and responded promptly if we had any questions. We'd definitely return!!

So happy you enjoyed the property. You’re right, the sunsets are amazing! It’s rural setting is definitely part of its charm. 25 minutes from Bardstown area distilleries and Wilderness Trail and 7 miles off Bluegrass Pkwy gives access to the entire Bourbon Trail within an hours drive.
