Centrally located in downtown Springfield, this historic home has been revamped to provide you with all the entertainment that you need! 3900 sq. ft so you can bet that you’ll have plenty of space as a group! Makers Mark sits just 15 minutes away and the bourbon capital of the world, Bardstown, only 20! Want to explore more? Wild Turkey and 4 Roses sit only 30 minutes away and a day trip to Louisville or Lexington is only an hour! Don’t let the party stop after a day out on the bourbon trail!
The space
If you are looking to have fun this is your spot! Located in downtown Springfield we are walking distance to local shops and restaurants! Tons of space in our house with a little bit of everything for your group to do! The amenities are top of the line! Just a great spot to come back to after hitting the bourbon trail!

***ALWAYS will accommodate early check in or late check out if possible! Ask for availability!

Clean and spacious house great host, family friendly and many things to do within an hour or so of house, Makers Mark Distillery, Churchill Downs, and Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory.

This property was exactly as described and pictured! It was PERFECT for our family of 7, which included 3 generations: 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 12. The kiddos could not thank us enough for finding a place with a game/arcade room. They absolutely LOVED it. There was plenty of room for everyone. We used the hot tub once, but only because it was near 100 degrees while we were there, so we chose to be inside in the cool rather than outside. We loved the screened-in porch where one day we sat and watched & listened to it rain...so soothing. The personal touch with the welcome sign in the kitchen was very special for us. House Rules were clearly outlined and very reasonable...no issues in following them. The house is a historical home, and some places were very noticeable, which only made it better. It has been remodeled to include all of the modern conveniences that are necessary. Everything we needed was there, except the food. The town of Springfield was very small and quaint and fun for us girls to go shopping/antiquing/thrifting Saturday afternoon. We could have walked downtown to shop and eat at the Big Bull Steakhouse if it had not been so hot. NOTE: We all are from north central Texas, so we know what “hot” is. We would highly recommend this property and host to anyone!!! And will definitely consider staying there again should we need accommodation near Springfield, KY. It's a great base for checking out the Bourbon Trail. AWESOME PLACE!! LOVED IT!!

I am local to the Springfield area! Although I live in Lexington, an hour away now, I still am very hands on with the property and typically drive down 3 days a week! I’ve been hosting for 5 years now and love the hospitality industry! I find it very rewarding when my guests leave and are satisfied with their stay! I am a perfectionist so I try to go above and beyond! Fun fact about my properties and I is that I go in behind my cleaners and prefer to be the last one in the house before a guest arrives so I know it meets their standards!

Centrally located to all things bourbon! Springfield often is forgotten about but we are truly the heart of Kentucky and our proximity to all the different directions you can go with your trip is unmatched!

Makers Mark and Limestone Branch are 15 minutes away
Bardstown (Willet, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Heaven Hill, Barton, Lux Row, Log Still, Jim Beam, Four Roses, Preservation)- 20-30 minutes away
Lawrenceburg- 35 minutes away
Lexington- 1 hour away
Louisville- 1 hour away

Its History! 10 years ago, the roof was literally falling in as the second oldest home in Springfield. We had a complete restoration done to preserve one of our towns oldest gems! It is on the historic registry as it was home to one of Kentucky's former senators in 1825!
