The vacation home “Julia – Via Claudia Vacation Village, House 99,” with 75 m² of living space spread over two floors, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in the Allgäu. Located in the heart of a rural vacation complex near Lechbruck am See and surrounded by picturesque landscapes and wooded areas, this two-story house is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to five people who appreciate comfort, nature, and recreational opportunities.

The accommodation features two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub. For added convenience, there is a guest restroom. Sleeping arrangements include two large double beds, each over 180 cm wide, as well as two single beds with open footboards. A crib is also available for small children, and a high chair is provided. Children are welcome, and pets may be brought along, subject to the restriction of a maximum of two animals.

The open-concept kitchen, which flows into the living room, is fully equipped, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living area with a sofa nook, dining area, and satellite TV. The underfloor heating, combined with the wood-burning stove and provided firewood, ensures cozy warmth even on cooler days. Fly screens and privacy screens on all windows enhance the comfort of the entire house.

The outdoor area features a private garden, a furnished patio, sun loungers, a parasol, and a covered balcony with a view of the greenery. A charcoal grill is available for relaxed barbecue evenings. Both outdoor areas invite you to unwind after active days on vacation or to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the fresh air. For children, the garden offers space to play under supervision.

Located near Lake Lech (about 250 meters away), the vacation home is an excellent starting point for a variety of water sports such as fishing, swimming, rowing, canoeing, and surfing. Hikers, Nordic walkers, and cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy in the surrounding area. The adjacent wooded areas are perfect for long walks or birdwatching.

Guests looking for leisure activities will find plenty to do: mountain biking, horseback riding, carriage rides, golf (4 km away), bowling, hot-air balloon rides, and mini-golf round out the local offerings. In winter, cross-country skiing, sledding, downhill skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating are available, though the nearest ski lift is about 25 km away.

Guests interested in culture will also appreciate the short distances to museums, churches, theaters, tourist attractions, and amusement parks. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car (recommended for getting around) within 3 km, as are a bank, ATM, supermarket, and doctor’s office.
