Great house and grounds

We stayed over New Years in the property. It is comfortable, clean and it had all amenities we needed. The grounds are also great and we appreciated the beauty and calmness of the village.

Rugby and Mountains.

As a group of extended family over three generations (1 -73) we needed a large spacious and well equipped villa for all eleven of us in between going to two RWC matches in Nice. This fitted the bill brilliantly and Catherine and Edgar could not have been more accommodating or helpful. It suited us just fine although it was isolated in terms of shopping etc with the nearest decent size shops in Vence about a 30 minute drive on winding mountain roads and therefore a car is essential.

Excellent weekend entre amis à Bezaudun. La maison est incroyablement fonctionnelle, grande, bien équipée (11 adultes). Catherine répond très vite, propose pleins de bons plans dans le coin (nourriture ou activités). Merci merci !

We had a wonderful time

This is a beautiful house, located in a wonderful place. It is well equipped, the facilities are excellent. I highly recommend anyone looking for some time off, relaxation, or just to have some fun, to visit this place. Communication with the owners was clear and friendly.

God, rummelig og smuk ferie bolig i stille omgivelser

Ferieboligen var den perfekte ramme om en 4 generations storfamilieferie. Vi satte pris på de udendørs faciliteter med tennis, pool, bordtennis og trampolin samt store bord under solsejl, som blev hele familiens samlingspunkt hver aften lige som den overdækkede veranda også var et hit! Der var plads til alle inde og ude. Vi nød den smukke natur og omgivende små bjergbyer og var godt tilfredse med at temperaturerne var lidt lavere end helt ude ved kysten! Stedet var desuden er godt udgangspunkt for små ture i baglandet over Nice

Très bon sejour

Séjour agréable dans cette confortable et grande maison. Nous étions onze adultes et tout le monde a été ravi. La description de la maison et les photos sont conformes à l’annonce. Les randonnées sont possibles mais elles ne sont pas toujours bien balisée voire barrée par des propriétaires. La maison se situe à 1/2 heure de Vence et 1h00 de Nice. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs. Environnement calme et sans vis à vis. Je recommande ce lieu.

Maison simple, confortable et super équipée !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande maison confortable et très bien équipée. Les photos sont très fidèles et les échanges avec les propriétaires très agréables. Nous recommandons ce lieu qui doit être encore plus agréable aux beaux jours !

Super propriété!

Une fois le chemin pour arriver terminé (j'avoue avoir eu des doutes si j'avais bien fait de prendre cette réservation), découvrir cette propriété a été du pur bonheur. La maison est très grande, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Elle contient tout ce dont des locataires peuvent avoir besoin, même plus. La maison se trouve proche d'un petit village qui a une épicerie et une boulangerie, donc pour les courses d'appoint pas besoin de descendre à Vence J'ai loué cette propriété pour fêter un anniversaire en famille et j'ai vraiment fait le bon choix. Le jardin est magnifique avec une super piscine à disposition, une table de ping-pong et un court de tennis. Nous étions 10 personnes et tout le monde était ravi (les âges allaient de 17 à 60 - moyenne: 30 ans). Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et très flexibles. N'hésitez pas à la louer!

Super séjour

Logement parfait pour grande famille désireuse d'être au début de l'arriere pays avec possibilité de randonner / visiter celui ci, tout en étant à 1/2h de Vence et 1h de Nice pour les visites à faire sur la cote et dans les musées/villa (faites votre choix, il y a trop de choses à voir pour une semaine :) Des chemins sont accessibles directement depuis la maison ou en prenant la voiture pour aller un peu plus loin (Les villages hauts perchés et les rando qui les relient sont super). On a redécouvert cette région avec tous les plaisirs de l'arriere saison en octobre (moins de monde, moins de chaleur). La maison et le terrain sont vraiment super, et toutes les photos sur le site reflètent bien la réalité intérieure et extérieure. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de question / pb. Bref nous recommandons à 100%

Un lieu de rêve pour un anniversaire surprise !

J'ai organisé un week-end d'anniversaire surprise pour mon conjoint fin septembre, et je peux vous assurer que ce lieu est idéal pour les événements ! Un cadre magnifique, de très beaux espaces, un jardin incroyable avec terrain de tennis, trampoline, balançoire, un coin feu de camp, ainsi qu'une piscine chauffée (dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter, mais qui n'avait pas l'air hyper bien entretenue en cette période). De nombreuses chambres pour accueillir vos convives, une très belle véranda. Bref, je recommande ! Attention toutefois: la villa est située vers Bézaudun les Alpes, bien au dessus du Col de Vence, et il n'y a pas de réseau sur place. Également, le prix de la location est assez élevé donc budget ++ à prévoir.

Mas très agréable au calme

Jardin très agréable, mas très bien equipé. Piscine, tennis, transats, hamac, bbq, plancha... Au calme, loin de l'agitation de la côte et possibilité d'y faire une jounée. Altitude 1000m : chaud en journée et nuits fraiches très appréciables. Nous recommandons!

Fijn huis!

Prima huis voor een familieverblijf. Met fijn groot zwembad en tennisbaan hoeft niemand zich te vervelen. Je kunt in de omgeving wandelen en voor de wielrenner zijn er flinke uitdagingen. Binnen een uur ben je in bijv. Nice of Monaco. Ook dorpjes als St.Paul de Vence zijn zeker een bezoek waard. Het huis is ruim en terrein is heel groot. Er zijn voorzieningen voor BBQ en ook een kampvuur stoken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Het huis ligt vrij hoog, op 900-1000 meter. In onze week betekende dit in de middag wat bewolking en minder hoge temparaturen. Voor in de zomer met 35+ C vonden we dit juist heel prettig. Verder ligt de supermarkt op 30 minuten afstand dus dit moet je wel combineren bij een dagtrip o.i.d. De badkamers behoeven ook wel renovatie maar werkten verder goed. Beide gezinnen met tieners en kinderen waren heel tevreden met dit verblijf!

Belle et grande maison idéale pour les groupes

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette belle bâtisse. Le coin jour est bien séparé des chambres. Le séjour -salon est immense et donne sur une véranda très utile aussi. L'équipement est complet, piscine, tennis, table de ping pong, trampoline, balançoire. Le chauffage marche bien et la cheminée est située au milieu de la grande pièce à vivre. Un bémol sur certaines salles de bains. La carte géographique du site Abritel ne donne pas l'endroit précis de la maison qui est plus éloignée de VENCE que sur la carte ( à 25 minutes en voiture). Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif aux questions posées. Belles prestations, environnement calme et sans vis à vis, à recommander pour une famille ou un groupe.

idéal pour se retrouver en famille

Nous avons passée une très bonne semaine à la maison où chaque génération a pu trouver son espace et les activités qui lui conviennent. Les chambres sont bien séparées des pièces de vies et les petits ont donc pu faire la sieste au calme, la véranda et sa table de ping pong ont ravi les moyens comme les grands, tout comme le terrain de tennis.

Great size house and gardens, more remote than we expected

Perfect accommodation for 3 generations of family aged from 1 to 66. Very peaceful and quiet location, plenty of space inside and out. We had not picked up on it being up in the mountains before booking so worth being aware. The only shortfall was the drive into Vence and back for food shopping which is around 30 minutes each way up and down very windy roads, so make sure you don't forget anything in the supermarket. In the August heat is was also better to be up high as it was around 4-5 degrees cooler than at sea level which our youngest family members appreciated.

Beautiful property in a stunning location

We had a fantastic time celebrating my parents golden anniversary. Well kept grounds and house with a very well equipped kitchen area making catering for large numbers much easier. The property grounds are so spacious even with 15 of us it never felt crowded. The pool was a good size and with this, the Tennis court and table Tennis and plenty of sun loungers etc there was lots to do. Edgar was very helpful and prompt dealing with any enquires. We would definitely recommend this property especially when looking for somewhere to cater for a variety of ages within a group. Very relaxing holiday and would love to return on another holiday.

A charming big house with everything you need.

The house is perfect for the big family. All generations are fully occupied with swimming, playing tennis (If weather allows) and norr. A most wonderful livingroom with a big outdoor room where you enjoy all your meals or just relax. A kitchen where you don't miss anything. We really recommend this house even if it is pretty far from groceries and other stores. We look forward coming back to the house.

A great stay

Thank you so much for a great stay at the farmhouse, we couldn't have been more content! We had an amazing family vacation with 15 people at the house, celebrating our grandmothers birthday for a week. We stayed in the house the most of the time as it was lots of activities we could do outside (such as tennis, the swimming pool, trampoline, etc). Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, and Mr Montana and his wife was easy to get in contact with both before and during our stay. Thank you so much for our stay in France!

Beautiful, personal house!!!

A beautiful, personal house. We where 15 people from the age of 12 to 76 who had our best holiday because of the house and the owners Edgar and Catherine. We travelled to Nice, Monaco, Vence, swimmed in the Mediterranean. We made our own pizza, pasta etc... in the kitchen, played tennis on the tennis court and swimmed in the pool. Edgar has painted the pictures in the house and you have to take a closer look at the african inspired paintings. Highly recommended!!!
