Balcony with a View!

Perfection in Mexico Beach

It was our first time in Mexico Beach and we are already looking forward to a return visit. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. The condo is perfectly appointed and the view is perfection, especially from the large private balcony. We rented bikes to explore the area and drove to the Cape San Blas area, had wonderful meals, enjoyed the food trucks and walked across the street directly onto the beach and soaked in the sun and the beautiful sunsets. Everyone we met is very proud of their small quiet town and we all hope it stays that way. Thanks to the Clement family for a lovely stay.

Family Vacation

This is the second time staying in this rental and would have stayed more than this, except it is usually rented. The view is amazing and the place is great! Will definitely try to book out in advance to ensure renting again! They have truly thought of everything!

Fall Break at Mexico Beach

We loved 3E at The Club in Mexico Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even though it was across the street from the beach, the view from the balcony was as good as a beachside condo for a fraction of the price. The beach access was great and the area was not crowded at all. There are many places to access the gulf for fishing including Tyndall AFB. Just go online and apply for a free access pass to fishing on the gulf just West of Mexico Beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo! Amazing View! Short Walk to the Beach!

We visited with our 14 month and 4 year old so proximity to the beach was a MUST! This condo had the best view of the beach out of all the condos at The Club. Is it just as large as it appears in pictures. Beautifully decorated, but nothing within child's reach that had to be baby-proofed. Plenty of space for our littles to roam. We definitely plan to return!

Great Escape

Condo was awesome and the beach was an easy trot across the street. We went the week of Labor Day so many of the food options in Mexico Beach had limited hours or were closed. Had to go to Port St Joe to eat every night.

Great Visit for a Return to Mexico Beach

Photos of property do not do it justice. Impeccable taste and welcoming surroundings. Had a great visit and truly enjoyed our accommodations. We gave this trip to my parents for their Wedding Anniversary. Prior to Hurricane Michael in 2018, my parents visited Mexico Beach nearly every year for well over a decade. They really loved their return to Mexico Beach.

What the doctor ordered

Our stay was nothing short of absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated and the balcony was a wonderful place to spend our mornings having breakfast and our evenings taking in the sunset. It was a nice break for both me and my husband. Absolutely stunning!

This place is amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The balcony and view is gorgeous and directly across from the beach with easy access. Beach is clean and not crowded. Very quiet and peaceful with a short 15 minute drive to Port St. Joe for dining, shopping, etc. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation that we won’t forget!

Fam Time

Just as advertised!! From the reservation to the check out process everything was seamless. Owner provided so much information that allowed us to review and make so many decisions before we ever left home. From dining. shopping, activities, all these made our time there so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Condo was very comfortable, and we loved the beautiful costal decor. Pool area was enjoyed and access to beach close and convenient. Would definitely rent this condo or any property they own, they went above and beyond expections of making sure our vacation was awesome

Exceeded expectations

I was a little nervous renting across the road from the beach, but this unit was closer and easier to get to & from the beach than previous places I’ve rented right on the beach.. The balcony is amazing! The couch is the best napping couch! Thinking about getting the exact one for my home. Would recommend to anyone heading to Mexico Beach!

Excellent Condo

You see the ocean as soon as you come through the door. You see it sitting on the couch, in the kitchen, from the master bed, everywhere. The couch is big and comfy. They have a cute coffee bar area. I prefer to bring my own but it was still so adorable all the different options they had for you. The beds/toppers/pillows were amazingly comfortable and high quality. They have Roku set up in each room so you can log in to any of your platforms. The owner stayed in constant communication so we were never unsure about anything regarding check-in/check-out/rules, etc. I would recommend this condo for sure and stay here again👌 Top-notch hospitality👌

Wonderful

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and loved every minute. Check in was a breeze and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The parking is all under the building and there are elevators and large carts to assist with bringing luggage and items easily, without multiple trips. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The condo has a keurig and drip coffee maker and came with a few of each and there was a few laundry pods as well. The king sized bed in the master bath as very comfortable and so was the giant sectional couch in the living room. We really enjoyed sunsets from the huge balcony and coffee there every morning with ocean views. The beach has access right across the street and NO ONE was there! This was such a welcomed vacation away from the touristy beaches of central and south Florida and the water was so pretty.

Wonderful & Relaxing Trip to Mexico Beach

My two friends and I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mexico Beach. The owners are great and so helpful in keeping up active communication with important and useful information regarding your stay. The balcony is as amazing as it looks in the pictures - it is oversized and has a great direct view of the ocean across the street. We had never been to Mexico Beach before but really enjoyed the more laid back, not as busy vibe compared to Destin & Panama City where we have stayed before. Also, the unit it not very far (about 30 minute drive) to TH Stone Memorial State Park. We enjoyed an afternoon trip there one day and were amazed at all the shells on the beach! Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful!!!

We were thrilled with the property and the location related to the beach - so much so that we really did not want to leave!! The views were fabulous and unit was incredibly clean and spacious and met our needs perfectly. We loved the seating on the deck as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and a good break from the beach when needed. The town is very small and this is exactly what we wanted; we virtually had the beach to ourselves and we were able to explore both Port St. Joe and Panama City Beach during our trip as well. Try Mr. G's taco truck (we went more than once!) and Shipwreck Raw Bar (out of town towards Port St. Joe) for both a great meal and divine key lime pie. Toucan's was also good. Regret that we did not make it to Killer Seafood. Mango Marley's kept us entertained with music and political discussion. The owner of this unit was so incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all questions very promptly. HIGHLY recommend this property!! Could not have been happier - thank you so much!!

The family began their venture with four members, but has since grown to include a son-in-law and grandson, who they lovingly refer to as the "apple of our eye."

Randy had years of experience running a general contractor business before selling it in 2021. Susie, his wife, has a background in property management. Together, they have blended their skills to create stunning rentals that are second to none.

With a child who cannot walk or talk, they understand the challenges of finding accommodations that are both comfortable and accessible. That's why they go above and beyond to ensure that each unit is designed to meet the needs of all guests, regardless of their abilities.

Their first rentals were located in the tranquil town of Mexico Beach, Florida, but they soon expanded to include a mountain retreat in Blue Ridge/Ellijay, Georgia, as well as a few local short-term rentals in Alabama. By the end of 2022, they had a portfolio of four stunning beach condos, a mountain creekside retreat, and several Alabama rentals.
