The location was lovely, with a great view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed to cook wonderful meals while staying in the unit. Susie was a pleasure to work with and was friendly and communicative along the way. Our stay was fun and comfortable!

Family Vacation

This is the second time staying in this rental and would have stayed more than this, except it is usually rented. The view is amazing and the place is great! Will definitely try to book out in advance to ensure renting again! They have truly thought of everything!

Great Visit for a Return to Mexico Beach

Photos of property do not do it justice. Impeccable taste and welcoming surroundings. Had a great visit and truly enjoyed our accommodations. We gave this trip to my parents for their Wedding Anniversary. Prior to Hurricane Michael in 2018, my parents visited Mexico Beach nearly every year for well over a decade. They really loved their return to Mexico Beach.

Great Escape

Condo was awesome and the beach was an easy trot across the street. We went the week of Labor Day so many of the food options in Mexico Beach had limited hours or were closed. Had to go to Port St Joe to eat every night.

What the doctor ordered

Our stay was nothing short of absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated and the balcony was a wonderful place to spend our mornings having breakfast and our evenings taking in the sunset. It was a nice break for both me and my husband. Absolutely stunning!

This place is amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The balcony and view is gorgeous and directly across from the beach with easy access. Beach is clean and not crowded. Very quiet and peaceful with a short 15 minute drive to Port St. Joe for dining, shopping, etc. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation that we won’t forget!

Beautiful Condo! Amazing View! Short Walk to the Beach!

We visited with our 14 month and 4 year old so proximity to the beach was a MUST! This condo had the best view of the beach out of all the condos at The Club. Is it just as large as it appears in pictures. Beautifully decorated, but nothing within child's reach that had to be baby-proofed. Plenty of space for our littles to roam. We definitely plan to return!

Perfection in Mexico Beach

It was our first time in Mexico Beach and we are already looking forward to a return visit. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. The condo is perfectly appointed and the view is perfection, especially from the large private balcony. We rented bikes to explore the area and drove to the Cape San Blas area, had wonderful meals, enjoyed the food trucks and walked across the street directly onto the beach and soaked in the sun and the beautiful sunsets. Everyone we met is very proud of their small quiet town and we all hope it stays that way. Thanks to the Clement family for a lovely stay.

Exceeded expectations

I was a little nervous renting across the road from the beach, but this unit was closer and easier to get to & from the beach than previous places I’ve rented right on the beach.. The balcony is amazing! The couch is the best napping couch! Thinking about getting the exact one for my home. Would recommend to anyone heading to Mexico Beach!

Fall Break at Mexico Beach

We loved 3E at The Club in Mexico Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even though it was across the street from the beach, the view from the balcony was as good as a beachside condo for a fraction of the price. The beach access was great and the area was not crowded at all. There are many places to access the gulf for fishing including Tyndall AFB. Just go online and apply for a free access pass to fishing on the gulf just West of Mexico Beach. We will definitely be back!

Meet the Clements family, a group of vacation rental experts who are dedicated to providing their guests with exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The family began their venture with four members, but has since grown to include a son-in-law and grandson, who they lovingly refer to as the "apple of our eye."

Randy had years of experience running a general contractor business before selling it in 2021. Susie, his wife, has a background in property management. Together, they have blended their skills to create stunning rentals that are second to none.

One of the things that sets the Clements family's rentals apart from others is their focus on providing peaceful, non-crowded locations that are perfect for families with special needs. With a child who cannot walk or talk, they understand the challenges of finding accommodations that are both comfortable and accessible. That's why they go above and beyond to ensure that each unit is designed to meet the needs of all guests, regardless of their abilities.

Their first rentals were located in the tranquil town of Mexico Beach, Florida, but they soon expanded to include a mountain retreat in Blue Ridge/Ellijay, Georgia, as well as a few local short-term rentals in Alabama. By the end of 2022, they had a portfolio of four stunning beach condos, a mountain creekside retreat, and several Alabama rentals.

The Clements family remains grounded and focused on providing exceptional service to each and every guest. They take pride in their attention to detail and their commitment to making sure that every guest feels like family. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a repeat renter, you can rest assured that you'll be treated with kindness, respect, and the utmost care.
