Summary:

The Club 3L - Renovar at The Club

The Space:

Say goodbye to the pressures of everyday life and over-touristed vacation spots - in Mexico Beach, you can live like a local! This quiet Gulf Coast community offers a laid-back lifestyle and plenty of opportunities to rest, relax, and renew. This fully renovated condo is the perfect spot for the serenity you seek. Short drives east or west on Scenic 98 serve up some of Florida’s best shopping, dining, fishing, and sightseeing opportunities. If you don’t want to venture far, this condo also features a community pool, hot tub, and direct beach access.

End your days on the private balcony, starting each with a cup of coffee and sweeping Gulf of Mexico views and ending with a cocktail and a spectacular sunset over the water. Main complaint is the elevators. They weren’t working most of the time. Love the location. Lots of food trucks within walking distance. Easy access to the beach.

Lots of kitchen items and super nice apartment. They didn’t have a starter set of salt and pepper shakers, which I was very used to at these type of rental places, so we immediately went out and bought some to leave there.

Wonderful room, great view, very clean, there many amenities, easy to find easy to access. We have issues with contact with the host. I emailed multiple times and called and was still not answered. It was a minor issue, just an FYI. Still would stay there again.

Cute place with a fantastic view

The location of this property couldn't be beat! Just a quick cross of the street and you are on the beach, The place was well-equipped with linens, towels, beach toys and the rest. We could have used more toiletries for 3 nights of a family of 6, but it didn't get in the way of our fun.

The many buttons you have to push to open the door is a little ridiculous and so sensitive to touch you have to try several times before you can get it open . The sliding glass door was very hard to lock. Had to work on it several nights to get it to lock. Rooms were nice and clean. First couple of days couldn’t find parking pass and got a warning. They were in a bowl on a table on far wall we didn’t see them in it. Need to Located them on hall table.

Condo was beautiful and clean.

It looked like it would have everything you would need (we did not cook anything at all during our stay). The only negative thing I can say was that the bedroom TV would only get one channel, we could not figure out how to work it. Beautiful views of the gulf and a home like feel.
