We are delighted that you have chosen our apartment for your stay in Warsaw!

The apartment is accessed using a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is an additional code for the intercom to open the building’s main entrance.

The exact address of the apartment and the codes will be provided in a message, which will include detailed instructions and even a video showing how to open the doors.

We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your estimated arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.

Please note that you are booking an apartment in a residential building, not a hotel.

Before your arrival: Make sure you have received the email with instructions and the apartment address. This will ensure a smooth entry without disturbing the neighbors.

We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:

❗A damage deposit of PLN 1 000 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.



The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.

➡️ Need a baby crib? – Ask us about availability! (crib available at an extra charge of 50 PLN/night)
