An incredibly large luxury holiday home suitable for both large family and multiple families.
The house is modern in its architecture, furnishings and equipment. It is equipped with five bedrooms and a sleeping alcove. In addition, there is a large sleeping loft, so there is good sleeping accommodation for up to 14 people.
The house is extensively furnished, including a hobby room with pool table and table soccer. There are also plenty of outdoor activity options for children and adults; the kids can have fun on the grassy area, while the adults can relax in the outdoor hot tub.
In the patio area of the house there is a covered terrace where you can sit until late in the evening.
The house is located in a newly designated area, a 10-minute walk from the beach and only a five-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft. Experience the nature reserve with, among other things, Molsbjerge National Park, cycling and mountain biking trails and good coasts for kite surfing. There may be construction noise as the house is located in a newly designated area for vacation homes. No lawn will be available on the property until early September 2020.
