Townhouse in South San Jose 2 bed/2 bath
This townhouse has everything you need for your stay in San Jose. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a murphy queen size bed. The second bedroom is flexible and can be used as an office space, there is folding desk available to use in the room.
There are 2 1/2 bathrooms and a parking garage space for one car. There is also a Peloton bike available for guests to use with their own account. Bring your own shoes.
There is a television that guests can use in the living room, Google TV w/ every streaming service available (just need membership) and there is a full kitchen with all the amenities needed for cooking a full meal.
There is a basketball court, bocce ball court, grills, children`s playgrounds, and open park space available for members of the community. Also adjustable dumbbell weights, workout bench, and gym flooring are in the garage that guests can use.
High speed internet (300mb/s), so you`ll be able to handle any work meetings needed during your stay. There is heating and air conditioning in the home.
There will be a starter set of coffee products (Torani syrup, coffee filters, local espresso beans) and starter pack of Korean Tea bags from island of Jeju.
Guests will be responsible for taking the trash cans out weekly to be emptied and filling the water softener once a month with salt that will be provided.
We take pride in our home and we want guests who will be responsible and take care of our home.
All guests are required to sign a lease agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly appreciate your understanding—this added step helps protect our home, especially after a few past experiences with guests that resulted in lost time and unexpected costs.
Guests will pay a $300 Management Fee that is for insurance.
Utilities are included up to $150 per month. Any overage will be charged to the guest. We kindly ask that you use the heater thoughtfully to prevent extra costs. - No parties or events of any kind are allowed here - Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am - No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) - Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - No pets allowed - Conserve water, California is currently in a drought - Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit - Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! -No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...) - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. -During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. -Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours.
