Inside, you'll find a bright, airy living space that invites everyone to connect, while 5 private bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. With 2 large dining tables both inside and out, every meal feels like an occasion. After a day of exploring, sink into high-quality mattresses ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the adventures ahead!

LIVING ROOM: Bright and welcoming, vaulted ceilings and open concept means space for all to gather on the MOST comfortable sectional enjoying the smart TV or some of the provided board games.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and well-appointed kitchen including pots, pans, bakeware, plates, stemware, silverware, cooking supplies like oils/spices, water filter pitchers, air fryer, large crockpot, blender, toaster, etc. Also, enjoy the coffee bars which include Starbuck’s Pikes coffee, decaf, creamers and sweeteners.

This place was perfect for myself and my crew as we are working on a big project for Thomson school district. It had everything we needed and more. The owners are super helpful and responded every quickly with any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again even if it's not for work. 5 stars.

Great spot for our swim meet!

We had a weekend swim meet and this location was 5 min from Mountain View HS! It was close to everything, easy to get back and forth. Beds and couch so comfortable! It was VERY clean when we checked in!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip planned for my mom, me and my sisters. We were able to visit family who only lived blocks away. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park which is very close. The house is close to everything (Wal Mart,Sonic,shopping). It is clean and roomy. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Colorado.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved this home! The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and inviting. The home was stylish and clean and well taken care of. The space was perfect for hanging out as a group and having fun. We loved the addition of the games in the family room. The host was easy to connect with for anything we needed. We would definitely visit again!

The host was very communicative, especially when we had questions about heating of the downstairs. Unfortunately, the hvac is on one unit for the whole house. This caused it to be very warm upstairs, but not able to be warm enough downstairs. One room didn’t get above 65 degrees downstairs. Unfortunately, you couldn’t regulate the temperature throughout the home. The beds in the upstairs master bedroom and the upstairs room with the queen size bed was very uncomfortable due to them being very soft and sagging in middle on the queen and sides on the king. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and a very friendly and communicative host. Just wanted to provide a fair review. The space was great for larger families.

Thank you for your fair and detailed feedback. We are so glad you found the home well-appointed and enjoyed our communication! Regarding the temperature, we take guest comfort seriously and recently had our brand-new HVAC system inspected by professionals to ensure it is performing at peak efficiency. We understand that balancing temperatures between floors in a large home can be a challenge, and we are looking into additional solutions to make the downstairs even more comfortable. We were also surprised to hear about the beds, as they are typically a highlight for our guests. However, we have already scheduled a maintenance check to inspect the frames / beds to ensure everything is in top shape. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can continue providing a 5-star experience.

The house was really nice, location was great, center to many businesses. Only thing that the linen in one of the downstairs bed was dirty We had to wash the linen before going to bed. The ironing board did not have a cover so had to use a towel to iron. Over all is was great home and give it a 4 star...............

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

There was so much room for every purpose. Everyone had his own bedroom. We fed up to 10 at the dining table, both indoors and out. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the patio, and evening walks in the neighborhood. Mabin and Jana were always prompt to answer any messages before and during our stay. Easy check-in. Would have liked to have a broom to clean up crumbs under the table and leaves on the porch. We'd do this again, and recommend to our friends.

This place was absolutely marvelous for our needs! We had arrived kinda early and hoped to get in a couple hrs early, which they agreed to but then there was a miscommunication and it wound up not really being possible. Not a huge deal at all, they were super sweet and apologetic and still managed to get us in about 20mins before check-in! The location was great! There's a Walmart within walking distance, really. We had a wonderful time, and it fit everyone perfectly! The game room was a nice bonus as we had 6 kids with us for the week. We had difficulty with the heat not working the first night, which was hilarious because the temperature was really only cold 2 of the 7 nights we were there. But the host was SUPER responsive and helped us resolve the issue! When we weren't sure it could be resolved that night, they were extremely accommodating and offered alternative solutions. All in all, the problem was solved, and they were great throughout the process! We would happily stay again! :)

We love this quiet neighborhood! It's great for morning/evening walks to the playground and open green space just 1 block away. We also really appreciate that there is driveway space, street parking, and a small parking lot in our cul de sac.

Our home is spacious and located in a safe neighborhood. There is space for everyone and offers large dining both inside and outside for the whole group. Conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants, and it's a quick 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
