This property was well appointed and thought of all the little things(like sensitive laundry detergent) that made our stay awesome. The pictures dont do it justice.

Omg! The best. Beautiful cabin and like new. Did not want for anything. LovelySpace and great location. Cannot say enough about this property.

A wonderful little cabin. Nestled between other buildings but easily accessed once identified. Easy and ample parking behind property from wharf side. Very clean and newly renovated. Well appointed with nice back patio to take in afternoon sun and summer sunsets. Main view is of fishing wharf but water is just beyond. Water views from inside cabin and standing on deck. We walked to L’Abri restaurant for dinner. Great food and great water views and sunset from there (see attached photo of sunset). We hiked both the Skyline and Acadian trails while staying here. We ate wonderful local baked goods from Aucoin bakery. Skyline was fogged in in the morning but we were rewarded with a beautiful bird's eye view of Cheticamp from the top of the Acadian trail in the afternoon (see attached photo). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Property is on the main road sandwiched between another small house and a gravel driveway. In addition, out your living room window is a parking lot full of dry-docked lobster boats and several industrial buildings. Not pretty. It was dirty around the place. The bedroom also needs a fan above the bed. There is no moving air in that room! You cannot open the window as the street noise will pour in. Put in a ceiling fan! The communication with the “owner was a bit odd, until we realized it was t the owner at all, it was an AI substitute. The AI was sarcastic and a bit dismissive as to our questions about how we are to check out. In addition, it was four pm the day before we were to arrive and we had no information as to how we were to get in. The AI substitute was almost critical of us sending a text to the “owner” asking how we’re supposed to get in. Finally, the AI discovered we were arriving in 12 hours and gave us the info. No apologies. And you know you are talking to a computer when it sends you a lengthy return text within a minute of your text, regardless of when you are sending it. The process was impersonal. The place itself was nice, but it just seemed it was bot very “homy”. When we go back we won’t be staying in this place .

Our home is located in a classic, active maritime community, which our guests typically love for its authentic coastal atmosphere. Our listing photos accurately show the surrounding area. For guest comfort and security, our automated messaging assistant is active 24/7 to ensure that check-in details are sent on the morning of your arrival and check-out details are sent the evening before your departure. My husband and I are always available to answer any extra questions. We appreciate your note about the bedroom airflow, though we do want to highlight that the bedroom features a mini-split heat pump, allowing guests to easily set the room to their exact desired temperature and fan speed at any time.
