Good location1 min walk to subway escalators(Convenience store at the bottom of the escalator)Burger King across the street5 min walk to Bongenusa Temple which has a free hiking trail open to the public15 min walk to Coex MallBaemin Food Delivery app delivers food to your door and accepts foreign phone numbers and foreign credit cards4 digit electronic code instead of a room keyRelatively quieter area2-3 subway stops from central GangnamSubway/Bus T-Money cards can be purchased at any convenience store but can only be refilled/topped off with cashCoex Mall has a Daiso where you can buy your toiletries as only a limited amount is provided.There is a heater and a separate air conditioner and both worked well.The winter weather plus the heater can make your skin dry snd itchy, so I recommend purchasing a humidifier.The television comes with many channels including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English, movie and sports channels, YouTube, and Netflix.Front loading washing machine(Air drying rack provided)Ample closet/drawer spaceNext door neighbor to the right was a bit noisy for about a week but otherwise was a quiet placePrice point was reasonable and would stay again considering the convenient location.
