Just an 8 minute DRIVE from Phuket's most beautiful beach, Nai Harn Beach, 5 minute WALK to Sinbi Muay Thai and Action Point Gym, and a 10 minute DRIVE to Chalong Pier. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable king or queen size beds with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 2 smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room and a big sofa for relaxing and a full size sofa bed for 1-2 more guests. A large covered parking area with remote gate and a large yard for children to play.

You will always feel comfortable with 4 air-conditioning units, 5 ceiling fans, 2 large smart TVs, high quality beds and a new relaxing sofa, coffee table and kitchen table. Freshly painted throughout. The large car parking area has an electric gate and is covered to keep your car or motorbike secure and cool. Water and WiFi is included and there is a water filter so you can refill your water bottles to reduce plastic waste. Extra charge for electricity according to the meter at the government rate. A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN which will be used to pay the electricity and the balance will be refunded when you leave and return the home in the same condition as when you arrived.

We are located on a quiet residential street within a 11 minute WALK to 2 mini marts, over 11 restaurants, local fresh market and massage shops. (ask Jasmine about the shortcut) There are many nearby beaches for you to enjoy. Rawai beach, just a 5 minute DRIVE away, is famous for its ocean front restaurants, and the fresh seafood market. The famous Nai Harn Beach is just a 8 minute DRIVE away, where you can relax on the beach and enjoy the ocean waves and sunsets. Yanui beach is perfect for laying on the sand or snorkeling around the coral outcrop, just a 10 minute DRIVE, and Chalong Bay is perfect for a long walk and great for beach combing or a boat trip to neighboring islands, is a 10 minute DRIVE away. Big Buddha, located at the top of the mountain, offers panoramic views of the whole south end of the island, and is one of the islands major tourist attractions, just a 22 minute DRIVE away. ( currently may be closed. Check for current status) A walking guide map in the home will show you the short cut route to help you find all the tourist attractions in the area that are within an 11 minute walk. Other maps will show you the driving distances to the beaches and the other tourist attractions in the area.

A security/damage deposit is required at check in and will be returned when you check out, less the electricity amount when you return the home in the same condition as when you arrived. Water and WiFi are included. Electricity is charged at the government rate of 6 baht per unit.

No parties allowed in the home and no additional guests allowed without prior approval. Quiet time is between 11 pm and 7 am. Please be environmentally friendly and turn off the air conditioning if you open the doors or windows or if you are leaving the home. No smoking is allowed in the home. Please smoke outside. A 5000 BAHT FEE will be charged for additional cleaning IF YOU HAVE BEEN SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. We appreciate your cooperation and hope that you will enjoy your stay! ?
