The property is just as described and more!CLEAN, COMFY, LOCATION AND STOCKED with everything a family needs to enjoy.I can not think of one item the host left out. Communication was fantastic from booking to checkout. If i could give 10 stars, i would!

Absolute Nirvana at 1809 Surfside Dr.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Stan is the best host we have ever had, he keeps you informed, gives great tips and suggestions and is very easy to contact. Every amenity you could ever imagine is there and ready to make your stay easy and enjoyable with no hassle. The beds are amazing(something I always worry about) and he has fans in all the bedrooms for those like me that need that white noise! You absolutely cannot go wrong staying with Stan!

Great property!

Recently enjoyed a week at this fantastic beach house. The property truly is as the photos depict and exceeded expectations. The location is quiet and the beach access could not have been easier. The owner/host of this property has truly thought of everything and makes sure that guests are well informed of the property amenities and the local offerings. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely book this property again!

Wonderful stay Ft Pierce

Wonderful place to stay in Ft Pierce. Super Clean, all the conveniences of home. Neighborhood was quiet so close to beach, restaurants, and the plunge pool was great. Stan reached out to make sure we were having an excellent stay! I highly recommend.

Fantastic house, great host

This house is really nice. It's close to the beach, beds are comfortable, and Stan provides lots of bikes, water craft, and toys. He also goes out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. And most imprtantly: the giant hot tub/ swim spa is a life changing (or at least back ache curing) experience.

Beautiful property

I rented several properties in the same area for our guests for family reunion. I actually didn’t stay here but all my guests who stayed here were very happy. Also the host was very cooperative and was accommodative to show me the property in order for me to make all arrangements for my guests.

Wicked Sweet Pad!

Stan’s place is so awesome! If you want to stay at a place with every amenity imaginable that is also impeccably clean+ a host with excellent communication, this is the spot! I’m a local in Fort Pierce and the location is perfect! The house is on a quiet, secluded street, it is very peaceful while being right on the beach and down the street from all the happenings of south beach. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

The property was amazing! It was exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The beach access was directly across the quiet street and a few steps over the dunes. The ocean water was beautiful! The pool spa was fantastic! The host was remarkably responsive and supplied us with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Thank you Stan for allowing us to rent your fantastic home!

Surfside Drive - Everything you need

Spent 9 days at Surfside with my adult children visiting family in Fort Pierce. All was as advertised, great location with close beach access across street, had everything needed to host family and cook/serve large dinners. Outside deck was great gathering spot, as well as the HUGE island in the kitchen. House was perfect for our get-a-way. Stan was easy to communicate with and would definitely look at using again on return visits.

Fort Pierce Comfort stay

The property was amazing. All the amenities and basic supplies are provided. Many toys available in the garage to chose from. Keyless entry makes it easy for the entire group to come and go and not worry about losing keys to the property. Quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach.

Great stay, great location

Exactly as described. The house is across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had the beach all to ourselevs even on Memorial Day Weekend. The beach was good with fun waves. The home has so many perks: gas grill, toiletries, beach gear, games, pool, kitchen items, linens. Stan was amazing with his attention and always quick replies. Check in was super easy. We were 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is roomy with plenty of space to have privacy. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Saturday's farmer's market was impressive with good food and arts and crafts. We all agreed we'd come back.

Relax and Enjoy

From the moment we arrived we knew this was the perfect place for a family getaway. The location was amazing and the proximity to the private beach and Jaycee park was ideal for the kids. Everything about this beach house makes for a memorable time with family. The beds were comfortable, the plunge pool was amazing and the kids had constant entertainment from the endless supply of toys/activities. The Nintendo Switch and Legos were a huge hit and nice surprise! The host, Stan, has an amazing attention to detail and ensures your time spent at his vacation home are about making stress free memories with family.

Terrific property!!

WOW! We had a great stay for Thanksgiving week! The kitchen had everything we needed, the house is exactly as pictured and has so many amenities, it is in a really fun location and best of all, Stan is s GREAT host! His communication was the best we have ever had! 4 adults had a perfect time with lots of room to spare. A great destination for a family! The plunge pool was perfect after a big turkey dinner! Thanks Stan!!!

Ft Pierce Vacation

What a great vacation! The house is just as described and the cleanest place we have ever stayed in!! (I've done multiple VRBOs for reference). The pictures are very accurate and everything is ready for use, and everything is everything you could think of needing. The beach access is basically across the street (and a house over), very easy to access. The area is quiet, non-touristy and made for a perfect get away. Stan was great and thinks of everything to tell you before you think of what to ask! His communication is timely with quick responses. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway

Well cared for home with easy access to the shore. In late January the shore was very quiet. Large kitchen with all the tools, appliances, utensils and just about everything else one would need to cook up a great meal. And we did! This was our first visit and really appreciated the excellent communication from the owner. So thoughtful and helpful in every way answering any questions and giving lots of appreciated guidance on things to do in the area. Hoping to make a return visit next year.
