Those are things on our list of things to bring in, we have only owned the property since January and are making upgrades with a lot more creature comforts to come. Thank you for staying with us and hope you return again:)

I was in the Big Falls area looking for boreal-forest birds, and, with that in mind, this property is in an excellent location: less than a mile to County Rd. 13, nine miles to the Toumey-Williams Forest Rd., and 15 miles to Pine Island Forest Rd.Other pluses for this property include the following.(1) The property owner is very responsive - answers your texts quickly and is quite helpful.(2) Because the property has a full kitchen, you can prepare your own food; or you can bring premade food and cook it on the stovetop or heat it up in the oven or microwave. This is important, given that the dining options in Big Falls (pop. 200) are limited.(3) The bed, and so sleeping, is comfortable.(4) It's quiet - another factor favoring good sleep.(5) The property is clean.(6) The air conditioner does a fine job of keeping the property cool.(7) The toilet flushes powerfully.
