Enjoy an unbeatable location in the gated Emerald Island Resort—just minutes from Disney and steps from the clubhouse, pool, and playground. No driving needed to enjoy the resort amenities!

This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is the perfect home base for families and groups visiting Orlando. Located in a quiet, secure resort setting, it offers both convenience and comfort in one of the area’s most sought-after communities.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, including a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

Additional Information -

All trash must be taken to the resort trash compactor located next to the tennis courts near the front of the resort.

A $20 + tax per vehicle resort registration fee is required at check-in, which includes a gate access pass for the duration of your stay.

Justin was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was seamless, and he made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. The house itself exceeded expectations—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect as well, especially being so close to Disney, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. You can really tell Justin takes pride in providing a great experience for his guests.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious and a very nice area The pool, small park for the children and mini golf course or right behind the property. The communication with the property owner was great checking in was easy. Overall we had an amazing time at this property.

Great place to stay

What stood out to me was the great condition the townhouse was in. I stayed at Emerald Island in the past with really non functioning appliances. This had a great cook top, new microwave and new refrigerator. Oh, and new washer and dryer. Its convenience to the clubhouse and pool was great. It stayed quiet all day. The host was very helpful in settling in.
