The Home
Spread across two levels, the home sleeps comfortably with four bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms, and multiple living areas so everyone has space to breathe. The top floor features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area with sweeping lake views from nearly every window, a main suite with bay window, and a covered deck that becomes your default gathering spot morning, noon, and night. Downstairs, a second family room with TV and board games gives kids (or adults) their own space, with three additional bedrooms and easy walkout access to the fire pit and covered patio below.
The Outdoors
This is where Finn's Landing earns its keep. A fenced backyard leads directly to the water through a garden gate...no hauling gear across a parking lot or loading it in your car. Two kayaks, life jackets, bag chairs, and water floats are provided and ready to go. The lakeside fire pit is the natural end to every evening here.
The Neighborhood
Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is just minutes away and offers a lakefront community pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a picnic area overlooking the lake. Pool access is $5 per person per day as a great option for families who want a designated swim area beyond the lake itself. The space also offers a rec center with pool tables, foosball, ping pong, a seasonal snack bar, and more.
Day Trips
You're more remote than you feel. Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs are all within 30-40 minutes, offering world-class dining, Crystal Bridges Museum, the Amazeum, caverns, mountain biking trails, and more when you're ready to venture out.
The Kitchen
Fully stocked and ready for real cooking — coffee, tea, oils, spices, to-go containers, and a propane grill included, along with ample dishes and cookware. No need to eat out every night unless you want to.
