We enjoyed our stay here and the location is fantastic. This is one of the most well equipped homes we have stayed in. My only suggestions are to note in the listing that the interior staircase is very steep and may not be suitable for all guests. Also the upstairs does get warmer than downstairs so it would be great if the ceiling fans were operable. Currently they make a lot of noise when running. A floor fan in each room would be a great addition if the ceiling fans can’t be fixed. The host was very responsive and the home is beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is located in a safe and quiet Southeast Minneapolis neighborhood with a relaxed college-town vibe, this home offers easy access to nearby restaurants, cafés, and local hotspots. It’s also centrally located—putting you close to everything the Twin Cities has to offer.

The house itself is over 100 years old. Its style is old-fashioned, with narrow stairs and hallways. However, when we bought the home, we were drawn to how spacious it feels—especially compared to other houses in the area. It is well-maintained, cozy, and peaceful. We hope you make it your home during your stay.
