The Space:
Luna House is a contemporary multi-level waterfront retreat on the Delaware River just outside of Narrowsburg. Featuring a curated selection of art, modern design and oversized windows throughout, Luna House offers an abundance of natural light while showcasing picturesque views, offering a serene riverfront escape.
The light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area boast expansive windows with river views, direct access to the outdoors, a cozy sectional sofa, day bed, dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and a generous island, ideal for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.
On this floor are two guest bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations, each equipped with a TV. One guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, beautiful river views, and a laptop-friendly workspace, while the second guest room has a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen size bed, stunning views and access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom features a tub perfectly positioned to take in the vistas and a separate walk-in shower. Laundry is also available on the second floor.
Multiple outdoor living spaces invite guests to fully enjoy the riverfront setting, including an upper-level deck with covered terrace. The upstairs deck has a large dining table, lounge chairs, and a seasonal bar closet with running water, an added convenience during warmer months. Luna House is just under 3 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the NJ-15 S, NY-17 E and I-80 E. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.
