The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, board games and satellite TV. The highlight, however, is the balcony with a view of Merano and the mountain panorama on the horizon - absolutely spectacular during the day and at night. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 2.44 km away. Merano can be reached in 10 km. The Ifinger cable car is 6.6 km away. The nearest ski slope is a 10-minute drive away (Falzleben) and several hiking trails start directly at the house. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the main road. The ski and hiking area Meran 2000 can be reached either on foot or in approx. 10 minutes by car.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please cover the bed yourself (bed linens are provided and free of charge).
