Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom condo Las Buganvillas in Punta Cana. The space features a queen bed and two twin beds, perfect for a small group or family. With two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, guests can start their day comfortably. The condo stays cool with air conditioning, making it a nice retreat after a day of exploring. This welcoming spot offers a superb blend of comfort and convenience. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.
Electricity usage “NOT” included in the rent. A $50 Deposit is Required. Electricity service is paid separately. A meter reading is taken at Check-In and Check-Out. The cost is calculated based on actual usage. KW cost US $0.45 (This allows us to maintain a more fair and energy-conscious base rate). “Electricity is included with reasonable use. Excessive usage (mainly AC) may be deducted from the deposit.”
The condo has a secure environment with controlled access 24/7 security with one parking spot.
You can enjoy:
A pool with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.
A 5 minute walk to the Beach.
Also 7 minute walk to local restaurants such as: Cuban, Peruvian, Italian and a local French Bakery.
