Your cozy getaway awaits in Rochester at this wonderful cottage. With one bedroom featuring a queen bed and one Murphy bed, guests will find plenty of space to relax. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding indoors with heating or enjoying a cool breeze from the AC, comfort is always within reach. This tremendous spot offers a peaceful retreat where guests can truly recharge. Enjoy the Fire Table on the patio. Feel free to check out our Horses. The country roads are great for long walks. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

The property was beautiful, clean, and pet-friendly. The owners were so kind and accommodating! Our 8 year old loved the Murphy bed and especially the horses. We would absolutely stay here again!

Grace and her family were just lovely. We enjoyed getting to meet them. They took great care of the Bunkhouse. They are more then welcome to stay with us again.

Hello everyone. My Husband and I are so glad you checked in on our Bunkhouse. We are both from this area. We have always lived in the country, since being Children. we are avid Horseback riders, so there are often Horses on this property. We are so appreciative of the private, quiet life, we hope we can offer a restful, enjoyable stay for anyone looking to leave the hustle of the city behind for a while. So, with that, Welcome to the country.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Farm fields surround the property. You can almost hear the Corn grow during the Summer. If you bring along your fury friend, we have a great Hay field to walk around. Quiet country roads to bike ride or walk on. You will hear the screech of Hawks, and it's not uncommon to see Eagles in the fields, flying over head. I'm looking forward to sharing this beautiful area with you.

We are very versatile at our farm. Growing up in the country has it's advantages. We are familiar with 4 wheelers, Side by Sides, Horseback riders, Fishing boats Horse trailers etc. We have additional parking for longer trucks and trailers. We will also be offering Horse stalls for those who need a place that is safe and accommodating for the Equine community.
