Beautiful home close to expressways for travel and amongst a neighbohood of tasty eateries. My college kids had fun finding a street that had all vintage thrift shopping too! Mahalo for a comfortable place to call home during our transition times of getting our kids into their dorm rooms; cool AC, open kitchen space for dining, backyard with grill and cozy beds for rest. Stellar space!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location: Near wildlife-filled mountain trails in one direction and yet walking distance to a grocery store, shopping mall, and downtown Burbank in the other. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Burbank airport which was very convenient since our family members were arriving and departing at different times. It was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. We would rent this place again when we all meet to go to Dodgers games.

If i could give it 10 stars if i could. As a previous Airbnb owner, I can definitely say that you have curated this property with care and thoughtfulness. It was perfect for our family, which included a 3 year old. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and helped me to kick off my walking (steps) journey while there. We would definitely recommend this property. And would definitely stay again on another visit to LA.

Everything was familiar and very clean!The kitchen is great for cooking and all the appliances work perfectly. This place is great for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. We drove two coolers of food already prepared so we required very little, but what we did need was supplied.

Loved this stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops. The home was clean and the host even left us a little snack to start our day. When we needed an extra day she allowed us to extend the contract. It was peaceful sleeping there every night. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking in the Burbank area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an almost perfect location for us. Each day, we were able to go in a different direction, and it was all so easy...the Pantages, the Huntington Gardens, great places to explore and excellent restaurants. We didn't love the dogs next door (noisy) and the odd set up in the kitchen or having to go to the back patio through the master bedroom. However, the directions were great. It was very clean and the beds were very comfy.

The home was very nice and in a convenient location. A few things to note: We had trouble getting two bedroom TVs to work properly. Master bedroom tv got disconnected from internet and we could not get it reconnected. The bathroom drains need to be be cleaned. The sinks drain slowly. The outside windows are very dirty and need to be cleaned. There is a spot in master bedroom by the desk where the hard wood floor has a sharp edge sticking up that did cut my foot. I put a washcloth over it to not step on it again. Other than I few things we enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

Great place for WB and Universal!

Family of four, including 2 adult children visited Burbank to spend one day at WB Studio Tour and one day at Universal Studios. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, lots of towels, would stay here again.

Welcoming Stay

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.

Nice quiet home!

Visited family in Burbank for a week- this home was in the perfect location! Nice home- I wish at least one of the bedrooms had a dresser for clothing tho. Overall a very pleasant stay!
