Convenient Location

The location is great for Universal and studio tours, as well as Hollywood Boulevard but in a nice, quiet area if you are looking for that in the evenings.

Great location

Few issues but easily resolved. Close to everything in Hollywood. Would definitely stay again. Property was difficult to find but we arrived at night. Better directions in listing would be helpful.

Short Burbank stay

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained unit. Was ideal for us and would work well for any families visiting Universal or Hollywood. Thanks to owners for clear and simple check in instructions. A bit tough to find on first visit as located behind another home.

Clean and comfortable

Great location, safe neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. I liked how it came stocked with the items I needed during my stay, it’s the little things like scissors, hangers, and kitchen tools. Felt like a home away from home. I didn’t use the hot tub but in looking at it the water was clear. Only critique is the size of the master being smaller than the other bedrooms.

Was perfect for our adult gathering

Minor issues regarding no hair dryer and some areas not as clean as expected (shower heads, 1 comforter). But overall it was nice place and we enjoyed the stay

Nice Property

Very nice little condo and facilitated our stay perfectly. Only comment I would have is to make sure that people trying to find location are advised it is located behind the house address 250. We come from a state that does not have buildings down a shared driveway. :)

Great place for 5 people to stay while in town for a wedding. Close to downtown Burbank. Air conditioning works. Kitchen is well stocked. Host provided some additional dishes per our request. A bi trickey to find via GPS. It's behind 250.

Burbank Thanksgiving vacation

Clean, location was good but Neighborhood very congested and it is dark at night and hard to see numbers on street. The dresser in the closet is pretty much useless- many of the lights didn’t work. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever you would need and coffee and toilet paper and paper towels provided .

Quiet safe neighborhood. Good parking. Cleaned bdrms. Disorganized kitchen w/ stains. Bathrms can use better cleaning w/ a broken towel rack. Blinds need repair. Not enough dining chairs when listed for 6. Excellent local contact, responsive and speedy.

Functional and Great Location

Reasonably priced, clean, safe and located to easily get to what LA has to offer with excellent covered parking. Nice choice of restaurants in beautiful downtown Burbank only a few minutes drive away. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes and cutlery. Two full baths made getting ready to head out easy and no complaints about the beds and linens. Hot tub was warm and relaxing. John was quick to respond and we had no issues except one thing we forgot to bring to his attention; the screen door tends to slam shut if left to close on its own. Recommend.

Disappointed - we left early

Based upon the pictures this looked like it would be a decent property, but everything from the beds to the couches are uncomfortable. The pillows are the thickness of a pancake, unless you use a very hard throw pillow. Trim around a bedroom door was damaged and hanging off. 5 light bulbs were out. Broken blinds. Bathroom towels were ripped. We couldn’t handle how uncomfortable the beds were so we ended up leaving early and stayed in a hotel instead. This was a big waste of money for us.

The place was nice enough and kept clean. It was conveniently 13 minutes from Universal - which was great for the one day we visited. And you could tell the kitchen had recently been remodeled - it’s beautiful and doesn’t look like the pictures show. However, I was told by the guest contact (John) before our trip that we would be allowed to check in as early as 1000 - since we were arriving on Thanksgiving Day. When we got there at 1100, the cleaning lady was there, and she said she needed two more hours to clean the place. So why were we told we could be there at 1000? Our code also stopped working the first day, so the guest contact had to have his nephew come out and give us a different code to use because he couldn’t get ours to work correctly. Also, the fan in our bedroom didn’t work, none of the lights in the bedrooms worked, there’s no locks on the bedroom doors, and our bedroom door also didn’t stay closed unless you purposely push up on the doorknob (the latch mechanism doesn’t catch correctly). And my nephew scraped himself on a screw sticking out of one of the dining room chair cushions. On top of all this, there was a list of cleaning things we had to do before checking out or we would be charged extra. Why did we pay over $200 for a cleaning fee then? That seems redundant. The guest contact and his nephew were very friendly, but we would not stay here again because of all these inconveniences.

Convenient Little Spot

This is a great location that is conveniently located near all there is to see in LA. It was clean, the AC worked well. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. We felt safe and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. However, we did have a few concerns with our sta... We saw nothing but two rolls of toilet paper for 5 of us for a week. No tissues anywhere and even though a hair dryer was mentioned we didn't see that either. Slightly upsetting thinking your amenities will be there. Needless to say we went out and bought what we needed but those are the little details that go a long way. Our biggest complaint was there were no curtains on any of the windows, there are blinds (some broken) but no curtains. So when the sun rose around 6:15AM so did we. Disappointing when you want to sleep in and relax a little on vacation. Finally the light switches were confusing to say the least. The ones for the kitchen were in the hallway, the ones by the door didn't turn any lights on by the door. And the ones in the bedrooms didn't work at all, luckily there were lamps by each bed but to not have any light switches work in three different bedrooms is poor maintenance. GPS has issues finding the property so it's important to note that it is behind 250 on the second floor. Also, check in states 3PM but based on our stay and interactions with the owner's nephew, who was on site. Don't expect to get in until at least 4PM without contacting the owner first.

Cali Queens Trip

Communication made Check-in a breeze. The property was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Los Angeles. Neighborhood: we felt comfortable and safe. Location was near gas, grocery and restaurants. Property: clean and accommodating. Security lighting outside made us very comfortable returning late at night. Washer & dryer were very convenient and useful. However, there was an iron but, no ironing board. The kitchen was well equipped but, the cookware will need to be updated & upgraded to non-stick. Loved the gas stove 👍🏾. The beds were all VERY comfortable!! Concerns:There was a minor ant 🐜 issue in the kitchen. But, we made sure to keep the countertops extra clean. Suggestions: Upgrade bed linens to a higher thread count or micro-fiber option. I would recommend this property to anyone who is considering visiting the Burbank/ Los Angeles area. It is Very centrally located we were just a short drive from Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and we also visited Anaheim while in the area.

Issues

The property was great, no complaints. The problem I have is VRBO/Evolve charged my credit card twice for the balance. This occur while I was traveling. I called EVOLVE who could only apologize and tell me I had to wait 5-10 business days for the credit. I had to call my bank a file a dispute in order to get my money back into my account. Unacceptable ‼️

Apartment was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in the Los Angeles area. Property was clean, modern and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of linens for our group. This would be a great base for those visiting LA. Amazing local food and attractions nearby also.

Great base for your LA visit!

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to I5 and other highways. We were close to great food and attractions. Venturing out to Santa Monica pier was only an hour(traffic), everything else was within thirty minutes. Accommodations were great. plenty of linens for our group. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. This property was an excellent choice for us, and we will search for it when we return to Los Angeles.
