Spacious condo with 1300 square feet - 130 m2. approximately.
Conveniently located close to Shopping Malls, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and more.
The condo counts with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. one of the bedrooms is a suite. the 2nd bedroom is across the hallway from the 2nd bathroom. the 3rd bathroom is located at the end of the kitchen.
I posted several pictures so it is possible for the guest to understand the floor plant.

Barra da Tijuca, in my opinion, has the best of 2 worlds: busy, sophisticated life style, at the same time it is relaxed, you can wear flip flops all day and work or relax by the beach.
