Our stay had several issues that really impacted the experience.The biggest concern was cleanliness. The bed sheets didn’t appear to be properly cleaned and had visible stains that looked like blood, which was very uncomfortable. The apartment also had a strong urine smell when we arrived…we ended up mopping the entire unit ourselves to try to get rid of it, and the water turned dark gray.We also had major access issues. We didn’t receive a key until almost 24 hours after arrival, so we had to rely on other residents to let us into the building. While a few people helped, others refused (understandably) because it goes against building policy, which left us waiting outside multiple times.Overall, the stay fell short in terms of cleanliness, access, and basic expectations. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
