This place was great! The instructions that we received were great. It had everything you would need for the beach. We actually loved the beach chairs. If we come back, I definitely would stay here again.

Great stay, lots of beach chairs and such provided which is nice when you have more than 2 people. Communication was great as we needed some help and response was quick.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The host was very responsive, and communication before and during our trip was great. The location was perfect, very central and convenient for exploring the area, and having an included parking space in the city was a huge plus.A few things future guests may want to know: the washer and dryer require payment by credit card via an app for each use. Once we figured it out it was pretty straightforward. Also, because of the central downtown location there was quite a bit of city noise overnight in the road-side bedroom, so light sleepers may just want to bring earplugs.Overall, this is a great option if you're looking for a convenient location, dedicated parking, and a responsive host!

We had a great stay overall and the place was very clean, location was great, and the host was very responsive. A few updates could make it even more comfortable for guests, such as adding a full-size couch or chairs with backs, replacing the outdoor table that was splintering, and providing a couple more sturdy chairs for the lanai. With a few small improvements, this would be an even better stay.
