The Space:

Guests have private access to all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen are available for your use, providing ample space for relaxation and meal preparation. Outside, enjoy the privacy fenced backyard space, which features a BBQ grill perfect for cookouts, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and shaded areas to relax during the day under one of the oldest Oak trees in Virginia Beach circa 1930. Guests also have access to the garage, offering secure storage or parking. Free parking is available on the premises, easily accessible via the 22 1/2 Street alley. The property is conveniently located near the beach, allowing for easy access to sun and sand, and also close to various local attractions, providing numerous entertainment options.

The property is approximately a 20-minute drive from Norfolk International Airport (ORF), making it easily accessible for travelers. Explore the vibrant Virginia Beach area with ease, as the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and many attractions are within easy reach. Ride-sharing services are readily accessible, and public transportation, including bus services, is available nearby, including free trolley service during the summer season. Enjoy a stress-free travel experience with convenient access to all the best that Virginia Beach has to offer from our comfortable charming, coastal retreat.



Other Things to Note:

◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $10,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI S Hampton Roads Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ PMI South Hampton Roads utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
