We’re sorry there was confusion regarding check-in. Occasionally automated messages through the booking platform can be delayed or fail to deliver; however, check-in information is also available within the app. As soon as we were contacted, we responded immediately to assist. We were surprised to hear the feedback regarding the bed, as we consistently receive very positive comments about the comfort of our mattresses. We have also reviewed the listing details to ensure the bed sizes are accurately represented. The refrigerator’s ice maker is intentionally not connected. This is common in seasonal and vacation homes in our area because an ice-maker waterline can fail while a property is unoccupied and cause significant water damage. Regarding the air conditioning, the home has a Bosch hyper-pump system designed to circulate conditioned air throughout the house, with vents strategically positioned based on the home’s layout. The system has been very effective at keeping the home cool. As the listing photos show, three of the bedrooms are on the smaller side. The home was intentionally designed this way to maximize sleeping accommodations while providing generous shared spaces, including the open living area, deck, patio, and backyard.
