Gests can also enjoy an additional living room with two pull out full beds, ideal for unwinding or extra sleeping space. Dont forget the full gym and a wrap around spcious covered deck to enjoy, Also this is a working ranch where you will see cattle, horses, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and our exotic animals the african tortoises, blue tongue skink, bearded dragons, and so forth.

I am the owner of April Hill Ranch. Thisd ranch is four generations of family. All the kids and grandkids were homeschooled here which gave them the oppertunity to learn so much about ranching, animals, gardening, and farming while also doing their school. I also am a nutritionist. I truly love helping clients to a better health.

We chose this 150 acre ranch between Houstin and San Antonio and Austin mainly becasue of the rolling hills. Also the property has only one entrance. there are 2 tanks on the property and a natural creek that flows at the bottom area of the property. It was a perfect location for three homes, a large horse barn, a riding arena, and a cow barn.

Our property is unique because of the hills and natural water locations.there is no entrance to the property except the entrance. some land is black and as you go down the hills it becomes sandy soil. There are exceptional trees mainly Oak.
