Quiet vacation apartment (50 m²) with a balcony

A very quiet, cozy vacation rental in Böbrach. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor near the forest. Over 50 square meters of living space will ensure you have an unforgettable vacation. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed. The functional kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a complete set of dishes. The living area features a TV, radio, comfortable seating, and access to the balcony. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. On the farm, you’ll find horses, cows, cats, and a dog. For breakfast, we’ll bring you fresh rolls, and in the evening, we’ll help you wind down the day with a glass of beer or wine. For a snack, we’ll treat you to homemade farmhouse bread. And to keep you entertained in the afternoon, we invite you to take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the romantic Bavarian Forest. Payment for your stay is due on-site in cash. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Contact Before Arrival: Keys will be handed over in person on-site. The visitor’s tax of 0.60 EUR per person (ages 15 and up) per day is payable on site. Pets are allowed by arrangement (free of charge). A crib and high chair (for children ages 0–3) can be provided upon request (free of charge). Towels and bed linens are included in the price.
