The Palazzu is composed of two buildings: the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part). Residence "Le Palazzu", built in 2016. 48 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning. Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 230 m, sandy beach 8 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Figari 21 km, Bonifacio 25 km, Solenzara 40 km, Iles Lavezzi. Hiking paths: L'Ospedale, Réserve Naturelle de Bonifacio. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.
