These Residence is set in one of the most beautiful scenic areas of the park of Upper Garda in the Brescia area, in the midst of verdant olive groves. It can be easily reached by a handy and enchanting panoramic road which winds up from the lake side on the Tignalese highlands (500 m. above sea level).

There are 30 apartments (2- and 3- room apartments) modernly furnished and have fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, necessary equipment, TV Sat, safe, balconies furnished with table and chairs. The Residence is situated in Oldesio, hamlet of Tignale and about 1 Km from Gardola (the centre of Tignale), easy to reach by feet or car and about 6 km from the beach.
