Nestled in Bethalto, this brand new quaint house offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort and simplicity. Inside, you’ll find one bedroom with a king bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep with all the comforts of home. Dual Climate controls keeps the space nice and comfortable no matter the season.

Please note this tiny home only has 1 king size bed suitable for 2. I will allow an additional
child but no more than 2 adults. It's just not set up for any more than that.

The kitchenette features an ice maker, k-cup coffee maker, microwave, countertop airfry/oven, dual burner cooktop and everything you need to prepare your meals. Private fenced back yard features a nice concrete patio, a huge griddle for BBQing plus plenty of seating. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this brilliant little home provides a peaceful base. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This home sits on over 2 acres and is very private, quiet, and safe.

the host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. my australian terrier, mackay, and i had a nice visit. i loved the fence, and didn't have to worry about mackay escaping (although i did -- that's just who i am!). i came across a crawdad in the yard one day, and a toad another day. fortunately, mackay didn't see either. we went to the bethalto arboretum and bryant park for walks. although i didn't really choose to go anywhere outside of bethalto, the location was close enough to st. louis and towns larger than bethalto.

Hi Joann! I just wanted to know if there is anything I could have done to make this a 10/10 review? I know you mentioned you had trouble with the operation of the Keurig and the HVAC . I wish you would have let me know and I would have assisted. Thanks again for allowing me to be your host! Gregg

Place was clean, price was a little steep for the area and for how small it was and accommodations. Owner watches cameras bc was asked about my two daughters and why they were going in and out of the house without us… kind of made me feel a little uneasy… but otherwise ok, won’t be staying here again

Hello Jason, First of all thank you for taking care of my home. You left it in great shape and I appreciate that greatly. As per a doorbell camera most rentals are equipped with these devices for added security. I am notified when there is movement on the porch...as during your stay there we 2 young adults going in/out frequently which were not included in your reservation. Of course I'm going to ask about it! If I would have known there would be 4 adults I would have refused the booking. The property is only set up for 2 adults...and is clearly stated in the description. As for the price...well check hotel rates....much higher with none of the amenities I offer.
