The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture.

Rogoznica. The studio is located on an enclosed plot, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house live DAL SIB 351 (6 people) and DAL SIB 352 (3 people). Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the building. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town. The car park is located opposite the property, about 10 metres away. It costs about 30 euros per week.
